Our Planning Drawing Service is suitable for domestic customers who wish to keep the costs of the project down.

Our drawings are a great starting point for any project, essential even, as they will form the basis of your planning permission, if it's required, they will allow you to get competative quotations for your planned works and they can become contractural documents between you and your chosen contractor.

* Properties located in excess of 150 miles of Birmingham MAY incur a supplemental fuel fee by agreement. Limited to England and Wales. Parking and Congestion Charge fees shall be charged as additional expenses.

**Printed copies of drawings and other documents are not included within our fixed fee structure, all documents shall be distributed electronically. Printed documents are available for an additional fee.
