Once the development of the proposed layouts has been undertaken to the satisfaction of the customer and any and all planning permissions are in place, we would proceed with the upgrade of the planning drawings to a detailed Building Regulations Package.
The Building Regulations Phase Package for a customer requiring a new porch, a single storey rear extension and a loft conversion would be calculated as follows:
